Kurdish Hot Pockets
You need home-made flat bread dough, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, salt, vegetable oil, and some ground beef. Cook the beef and onions with some diced tomato. Take some of the bread dough (made from flour, yeast, salt, and water) and flatten it out. Fill half with the meat, fold the other half over to make the "pocket" and seal the edges of the dough. Fry on each side in the vegetable oil.
Serve with a salad made of diced tomatoes and diced cucumber mixed together. Salad can be fancier by adding pomegranate seeds or diced bell pepper.
