Oops, fell off my Diet Wagon a bit last night and let my husband talk me into going to Mr. Burger for dinner. I avoided the guilt trap by deciding to ENJOY my meal and be right back on my diet when we got home rather than feel guilty about messing up and using it as an excuse to quit.
Also, we're going to have to buy ALOT of carrots and apples when our food card gets refilled. The boys keep drinking my Apple-Carrot juice I'm supposed to drink for my cleanse diet.
