Lost your Sketchbook?

Sketchbooks
Every Artist's worst nightmare... loosing their sketchbook somewhere. Well, maybe not worst, but it's up there. We all love our sketchbooks, they hold our ideas and daydreams. What can you do to keep track of yours?

Writing your name and address inside the front cover will help. Make sure to include your email too, so if it is found the finder can contact you. Possibly even include mention of a reward if you would offer one if your sketchbook really is lost.

Double check that it is in your bag before you leave an area that you had it out at. I know this is kinda obvious, but how many times have you heard of someone leaving their book at a cafe or restaurant somewhere?

If you think you're really bad about remembering it, hook a leash to it. Tether it to your bag or belt or whatever. Yeah, you might still leave your bag behind, but it's the thought that counts, right?

Anyone else have suggestions? I'd love to hear them!
