Ok, So far we have everything done, just waiting on hearing about Diab's travel stuff.
Turned out they hadn't received all our paperwork and we are very lucky they still accepted the rest of it late. Hudy and I don't qualify for the Refugee Benefits because we are US citizens, but Diab will get his. However He MUST travel using the IOM arranged travel or he doesn't qualify for the rest of the benefits. Hudy and I could travel with out him, but he won't let us, so we have to wait.
The good news is that it will 100% be before December 10th when his visa expires.
